Works very quickly but be sure to take less than you think you need. Start off with half a dropper and move up from there. This provides a really deep high and is a great sleep aid. If you take this, you will be locked to the couch for the rest of the night so factor that into your plans.

It might’ve helped be sleep in the beginning and I upped my dosage a lot but didn’t help me feel sleepy or help me sleep much. After awhile it still took me an hour or two to fall asleep even when I had two full droppers and I have a low tolerance. I think it helps me stay asleep though?
